Sarah is Senior Counsel with the Business and Real Estate group of GVM.   A native of Northern California, Sarah practiced law in the Sacramento area for 13 years prior to joining GVM.  Sarah has extensive experience representing and advising clients and businesses of all sizes in transactional matters and mediation/arbitration in real estate disputes.  Sarah also represents clients in commercial and residential real estate, financing, acquisitions, business transactions, and a range of real estate issues including purchases and sales.  Sarah has been a licensed real estate broker for over 8 years.

When not working Sarah can be found cheering on her three children at their many sports activities.  She enjoys traveling, reading, skiing, boating, relaxing with family and friends and wine-tasting.
